In the mid-90s, the biker war shook all of Quebec. In Montreal, the warrior leader of the Hells Angels, Maurice “Mom” Boucher, is ready to do anything to take absolute control over the sale of narcotics. To stop the murderous crusade of “Mom” and her Rocker soldiers, the police forces unite and create the Carcajou squad.
