Synopsis

A symbol of success, the hockey gentleman, star, businessman, husband and father was admired and respected by all. Constantly under pressure, this hockey legend with extraordinary strength of character was able to recover from numerous injuries. Between 1950 and 1971, the series revisits the pivotal moments in the career of this national hero, native of Victoriaville: his debut in Quebec with the Citadelles then with les As de Québec, his role as captain of the Montreal Canadiens and his ten Stanley Cups. Considered one of the greatest hockey players of the time, young people sought to imitate him on the ice while older people saw him as a model of loyalty, uprightness and resilience to draw inspiration from.
